Refund policy
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! We have a 10-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Machines that have been opened, used or registered(Please understand this does NOT include issues, if there is a problem with your machine we WILL make it right)
All cut fabric sales are final unless there is a mistake on our end in which case we will make it right
Classes
If you cancel with more than 7 days notice you will receive your refund less kit(if applicable). Cancelling the same week of class you will receive credit to use in store or on future classes. Cancelling the day before class or the day of(this includes not showing up to class) will result in no refund or credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
